Extended Tax Return Due Dates

Next Step Enterprises LLC has filed extensions for all tax year 2021 business and personal tax returns due in 2022. The due dates for extended tax returns are:

Extended Business Tax Returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065 and 1041) are due September 15^th.
Extended Personal Tax Returns (1040) are due October 17^th.

*Any taxes you owe were still due on the original filing dates of March 15^th and April 18^th, respectively. The IRS charges between 1 and 3% per month for unpaid taxes.
